Sealcoating

Sealcoating is the application of a protective liquid coating to driveways and parking lots. Surfaces are protected from weather damage by preventing water from seeping into the porous asphalt.

By sealing in the asphaltic oils, sealcoating:

- Prevents the sun's ultraviolet rays from drying out asphalt
- Prevents the damaging effects of gas, oil, road chemicals, winter salts and heavy equipment
- Restores the original color of your asphalt for attractive "curb appeal"
- Prolongs flexibility and durability
